Before sending

What happens after I submit the form?

You will receive a copy of your request by email and we will reply within one business day with the instructions and return address. Only after receiving our confirmation should you ship the item.

How should I package the vase for return?

Use the original packaging (or equivalent) with adequate padding, cardboard, and protection for fragile items. As these are fragile items, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the vase arrives unbroken.

Are variations in color or pattern a reason for return?

Hand-painted items may show artisanal variations, which are not considered defects. However, you can still exercise your right to cancel the purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

The item arrived damaged. Do I use this form?

No. In that case, please contact us within the first 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and product, via gratia_nd@sapo.pt. Returns due to damage or defect are free of charge for the customer.
